My husband and I needed a service man to look at our garage door as it would not close properly. We called Precision Garage Door and immediately was given a time quickly well within 24 hrs that was good for us and the technician arrived on time, calling before and walked us thru what was wrong. He, Josue Blanco was knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions. He was kind, and gave us the time needed to repair, a simple fix, he being patient and experienced. The price was very fair and we know that if there is a problem, they will take care of it. Thank you.

*YAY! great customer service still exists!!! * Selected Precision after much research and following an unpleasant experience with a different company in town. James C was wonderful! Very respectful of my time and kind to my mother, who owns the doors needing service. He was polite, kind, professional, punctual, informative, thorough and still very quick with the work we had done. We were given 3 levels of service estimate and not pressured on which to choose. We will definitely use Precision again and refer this company to all our friends and family.

Repairman: Josue Blanco Once I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Company, I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced. I was very impressed with the website as well. Josue replaced the motor on my garage door, the steel rollers, adjusted some springs and aligned the entire system. He did an outstanding job on my garage door although it was many decades old. I found Josue to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him how much I appreciated the fantastic job he did. Without a doubt I would call Precision again, if I need to.
