We have owned these fine dependable garage doors for several years and completely satisfied with them. Service today by Josue Blanco was a minor adjustment required by my mistreatment of a door. He has also installed two door openers recently and is very knowledgeable, fast, competent and complete. Great service. And, the lady answering the phone was extremely efficient and polite. Precision Garage Door of Houston was great! I called them one day because I was having problems with my garage door opener. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, Josue, arrived on time, and he explained all of my options. He even explained the problems I was having with my current garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener, and Josue was very efficient with the installation. Once done, he explained every aspect of my new opener, programmed the remote, and even helped me install the app for my phone. He also cleaned up everything before he left. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Houston to anyone needing this service.

My husband and I needed a service man to look at our garage door as it would not close properly. We called Precision Garage Door and immediately was given a time quickly well within 24 hrs that was good for us and the technician arrived on time, calling before and walked us thru what was wrong. Repairman: Josue Blanco Once I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Company, I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced. I was very impressed with the website as well. Josue replaced the motor on my garage door, the steel rollers, adjusted some springs and aligned the entire system. He did an outstanding job on my garage door although it was many decades old. I found Josue to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him how much I appreciated the fantastic job he did. Without a doubt I would call Precision again, if I need to.
