The technician was very courteous. He called to see if he could come before the appointment time. He explained the problem and fixed it. I was very satisfied with him and the company. I do recommend this company.

James called about two hours before our scheduled appointment to let us know he could come early if we were home. He was early for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help us make an informed decision about what we needed. He explained everything that came with replacing the whole garage door and opener system. He also was able to put our garage door completely down until it is able to be replaced.
