We have been using Precision for 4 years now. My spring busted on Saturday I called the lady was very nice on the phone. Andrew came out on Sunday told me my spring was still under warranty. He replaced both under warranty checked other stuff and fixed that too. Excellent workmanship very nice. I will recommend you guys to everyone. Thank you.

Ryan was fantastic and SO helpful! My garage door wasn’t closing properly for a few days, but of course on the day of the visit it functioned properly. Ryan went ahead and did a maintenance check and explained everything to me (and told me how often I should be getting maintenance!!!). He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I also love that the text from the company sends a photo and short bio of the employee that is dispatched to your home. It is a nice touch that brings the customer a sense of security. I called in the am, and by early afternoon, Andrew Kubsch showed up and walked me through the issue, repair, and preventive maintenance needed to ensure we don't have any issues in the future. Both our springs broke - they were old and very rusty. In addition, several other parts were very rusty and simply worn out. I called and Precision was able to come and replace everything the same morning. All the needed parts were in the truck. This was important because I couldn't open the garage door and get out cars out. The Service Tech was experienced, quick and personable. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs service.

Technician Miguel Martinez arrived promptly at the appointed time, even a little early. He called beforehand to make sure he could come 20 minutes early. Very professional. He diagnosed a problem with the torsion cables in the larger 20-foot wide garage door and showed me where it was fraying and where the other cable was becoming a little twisted and about to fray. The cables in the other 10-foot door were OK and did not need changing. He performed a full service on both doors, including replacing the cables on the 20-foot door, adjusting the springs, lubricating everything, and programming the lifiting motors for the reduced weight due to the tightened springs. These doors are only five years old. Now they operate as quietly and smoothly as when they were new. Miguel advised servicing them every 1-2 years so the cables don't wear out--a problem I did not know could arise. Thanks very much for coming out the same day as booked through your website, on time, and finishing early for a reasonable price!

I was able to get an appointment the morning after I called. I was given a two hour window which met my schedule. The installer called and asked if it would be ok if he came a few minutes early. He inspected my old opener and my garage door. He then gave me a number of options for a replacement opener and suggested a few adjustments to my garage door. We agreed on a model and he gave me a fixed price. He removed the old opener (which he carried away), adjusted my door and programmed the new remotes and external keypad. He also helped me with the phone app and even helped program my two cars to work with the new opener. He was very professional and friendly. In two hours he was gone and we have a great new opener. I strongly recommend this company and their staff.

Broken garage door on Saturday with cars in garage. Called for an appointment on Saturday, told 10-2 possible. Technician came at 11, quickly assessed problem, provided a quote and did the replacement of 2 springs that assist door movement within 2 hours. Very competent analysis, explanation of work needed, testing of repaired door to ensure it worked properly.
