Called a little before 8:00am.Tech (David) arrived around 9:00am. My garage door opener was about 17 years old and finally gave up. Instead of trying to fix a 17 year old opener I choose to replace it with a new one. David showed me three options and pricing for each (installed). I choose one and David got to work right away. David was very professional and had the new opener installed in no time. He then helped program our vehicles home-link buttons so that they would work with the new opener. I highly recommend David for this type of service. Thanks to David and Precision for getting us up and running again. Very happy!

My super old garage door opener had stopped functioning and so I wasn’t sure if it could be repaired or if I would need to replace it. When Shane arrived at my house, he examined the unit and explained to me how it was not repairable and that I would need a new one. He also took the time to show and explain to me how the operation of both doors could be improved. He completed the install in about 2 hrs and did a great job, showing me how the new system works and programming the remotes for me. Although I elected not to have the service done, I do like the $69 Service Call, that told me exactly what the problem was and how much to repair! I elected not to have the service done, because it was out of my budget range. Ryan was “super”!!! He was very professional, well knowledgeable, and courteous! Called on Saturday afternoon and technician came out Sunday morning. Andrew called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and explained all my options. He installed a new keypad, spring and opener quickly. He then programmed my car and instructed me on keypad operation and how to manually disconnect and lift door. His service was excellent. I had used Precision Door to replace my garage door, opener, motor, springs, etc. in the past. When the door pad began beeping it let me know that I needed a replacement battery. I did not hesitate to call this very fair and efficient company on Sunday. No extra charge for coming out on the weekend plus the service fee was waived because I had the repair done. Several years ago, Precision Garage Door installed a new insulated garage door for us. We felt that it was time to call Precison out to do a routine maintenance service on it. (We normally keep it lubricated) Devon Culver was our tech. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained every question that I asked. He also asked if our car remotes and key pad batteries had been changed lately, so I supplied the batteries and he took care of that for us. He also programmed my car (under the rearview mirror) to open the garage as well. Honestly originally we felt that the maintenance service fee was a little pricey, but because he wanted to make sure everything was in good working order like the batteries, set the time on the closer etc, we felt better about paying the cost. Devon was awesome! Way to go and thanks a bunch!

I have needed help with my garage door twice in the past year. It was ten years old and got opened and closed often. The first time it wouldn’t open. The serviceman from Precision got here within two hours as promised. He put in a new spring very efficiently and quickly. The second time was today. The outdoor key pad quit working. Not the battery.
