Andrew was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us an education on the reason for our failed opener and offered us a couple of options. The new opener had several new features which he also explained very thoroughly. We were very pleased to meet him and for the work he did. I hope we never need to use the warranty, but I’m glad I contacted Precision because I found them to be very reach-able! Thank you!

Our tech Nur was very professional, informative and beyond courteous. Nur arrived on the same day we needed our garage doors fixed. He provided answers to all our questions regarding updating our doors to code. Nur stayed until after hours (10pm) until the doors were operating perfectly. Would recommend Precision to anyone of our friends/family. Nur went above and beyond all expectations!!

I really liked Your service representative that came out but the estimate sounded pretty high to me and in checking with 3 or 4 other companies I can't understand the over $1000 difference that I would elect to pay!! Thanks for the service rendered but I can't justify paying near the $3000 or $2500 quoted for the 24 or 25 gauge doors!!
