It was Saturday evening when the spring on my door broke. I called precision who had replaced the springs 10 years earlier and found that they were STILL open on Sundays! Mr. Bell arrived at 5:30...within the 4 to 6 window i was given. David was the consumate professional! He replaced the springs and bearings quickly, while giving me important information on the proper care and maintenance of my door...WELL DONE!!

He pointed out items that may cause a concern in the future and worked with me to understand how to address these items with various suggestions. No sales pressure at any time was used.
