Very first thing he was schedule for 8-10 AM , but he came before time and do the inspectors and explain us in detail and then we choose a best packages for us and we finalize. Both Jay and David were very professional in the installation. The installation was very fast but done perfect. I couldn't believe the difference in how quiet the door is with the upgraded Teflon rollers. I am very pleased with the door and service I received. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for a garage door.

The technician arrived promptly and started to work. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the door so it would open and close again. My only concern is something I did not notice while he was here. Where the opener meets the door hardware, instead of replacing the strut he drilled two additional holes in it. It may be fine, but it just doesnt look very good.
