I enjoyed doing business with James. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve dealt with other door companies in the past that were lacking. He wasn’t pushy for a sale, instead he gave my information about all the choices and answered all my questions allowing me to make up my own mind. He gave me some useful information to help with sealing cracks around the door to help stop a rat problem I am having. I’m looking forward to having the new door installed.

The young man who came and fixed our garage door opener after it died, was so nice, polite and professional, we were amazed. After looking it over, and explaining the problem, we opted to get a new garage door opener, and it works so well - it's quiet, great light in the garage to see getting out of our cars, and SO much better than our old one even when it was new! I would never hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Got in a tight spot with my new door opener purchased and installed from precision garage door. opener would not close, I tried to adjust sensor with no results, needed to get back to work, called precision, they came within an hour and half, fand fixed it straight away.

Jacob Austin came to our house. Very first thing he was schedule for 8-10 AM , but he came before time and do the inspectors and explain us in detail and then we choose a best packages for us and we finalize. Both Jay and David were very professional in the installation. The installation was very fast but done perfect. I couldn't believe the difference in how quiet the door is with the upgraded Teflon rollers. I am very pleased with the door and service I received. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for a garage door.

The technician arrived promptly and started to work. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the door so it would open and close again. My only concern is something I did not notice while he was here. Where the opener meets the door hardware, instead of replacing the strut he drilled two additional holes in it. It may be fine, but it just doesnt look very good.
