My husband and I needed a service man to look at our garage door as it would not close properly. We called Precision Garage Door and immediately was given a time quickly well within 24 hrs that was good for us and the technician arrived on time, calling before and walked us thru what was wrong. He, Josue Blanco was knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions. He was kind, and gave us the time needed to repair, a simple fix, he being patient and experienced. Repairman: Josue Blanco Once I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Company, I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced. I was very impressed with the website as well. Josue replaced the motor on my garage door, the steel rollers, adjusted some springs and aligned the entire system. He did an outstanding job on my garage door although it was many decades old. I found Josue to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him how much I appreciated the fantastic job he did. Without a doubt I would call Precision again, if I need to.

I really liked Your service representative that came out but the estimate sounded pretty high to me and in checking with 3 or 4 other companies I can't understand the over $1000 difference that I would elect to pay!! Thanks for the service rendered but I can't justify paying near the $3000 or $2500 quoted for the 24 or 25 gauge doors!!
