Very satisfied. He was on time, resolved the issue and also took care of a secondary problem we have been having with the opener. Very pleasant person and a great representative of your organization. I keep an aging Precision Door sticker inside the cabinet door over my work bench. You get the first call when we are having garage door problems. Thank you.

Dave Sinner came out in the evening as our garage door was off track with several things broken. He gave our garage door a complete overhaul. Dave was on time, assessed the problems quickly and work completed in an excellent manner. I believe Dave went above and beyond. I know we have a better working, quieter garage door because of his expertise.

It's Christmas Eve and I'd like to give your company an A+ for the service I received. Urbano was so professional yet very friendly. He's a hard worker and didn't stop working unless I came out to ask a question. I'm an accountant by profession and before I retired I provided counseling with owners regarding employee standards. I'll tell you now, your employees are the most important asset of your company. Treat the good employee as a valuable person! Urbano is one of them. He was excellent in every way.
