Josue was a great technician. He was very clear explaining all of our options. He explained each step he would take for the installation. What you have here is a company that comes in and swings for the fences. They tell you that you NEED to replace all components. I’m a project manager for a home builder and let them talk. Had a 70 dollar torsion spring that needed to be replaced and the initial estimate was over a grand. Don’t use this company.
