I have needed help with my garage door twice in the past year. It was ten years old and got opened and closed often. The first time it wouldn’t open. The serviceman from Precision got here within two hours as promised. He put in a new spring very efficiently and quickly. The second time was today. The outdoor key pad quit working. Not the battery. Bryan was here in lass than an hour. He found the problems. Again, an old over used system. He replaced and fixed it all in no time. I am very happy with the Precision team. Our tech for this job was Devon Culver, he did a terrific job for us. Our door motor had gone out. Devon installed our new motor very quickly, checked the system, and verified perfect working condition for the double garage door system. He briefed me on the new wall-mounted control button and paired my car remote with the new motor system. This clear communication with Precision Door began last night with a call to the office staff at 8:30 PM, to explain our situation to the friendly woman handling my call. I was told that Precision Door could provide me with a service tech appointment for installation in the morning between 8am and noon. You can't beat this kind of service.

I went with Precision because I have used them to install a Loftmaster garage door opener back in 2012 and that unit was working tirelessly for 12 years before the logic bird started malfunctioning. The motor and belt were still good but no retrofit available for logic board. David was assigned to my job. I live this company for many reasons. 1. They truly have live personnel answering your calls and adjusting your schedules 2. The wait time in the phone is less than a minute ( when compared to many other commercial places where average wait is 10 min) 3. Each person who took the call were polite and courteous. James was the tech who fixed our garage door. We had a Wayne Dalton spring that broke, which required an expensive overhaul of the entire spring system.
