James came right out to troubleshoot our garage door problems. Well he was very nice and began explaining our issues The Main issue. (Taylor Morrison home builder). They install the bare minimum. If anything. So James suggested several ideas. We went for the more detailed ones (Safety 1st). In only a Short time James has us up and running-like a brand New Door Thanks Again

The technician that came to my house was very polite and did the job on time and finished w/in 20-25 minutes. My only complaint was that I was charged $350 with no parts required to make the fix. Precision's product and Service Technicians were excellent. I give the Technicians a 5 star rating. The Houston office receives a 0 star rating. Telephone calls were not returned. Most emails were not answered. Once problems and errors occurred in ordering a replacement panel which caused a 13 month delay in getting the panel for my garage door, the Houston office struggled to provide accurate information or any information at all. At one point Precision promised to do the work for free due to all the delays and errors. It is a promise that was not kept much like the promise to return a simple phone call to get an update ETA delivery dates passed with no progress.

Same day service, technician (Vincent) arrived within the 2-hour window. He spotted the problem right away and while working to replace the broken spring found a frayed cable that he brought to my attention. Charges were explained and authorization obtained before proceeding with repairs. After he left I had a question about the door and texted him asking for a call back. He called me back immediately. I was very happy overall with the service and would use the company again.
