Bryan replaced the broken torsion spring and associated parts, straightened the rails and replaced the rollers. Garage door now purrs like a kitten! He was very timely, professional and friendly, and did a great job. He walked me through the inspection, was very patient with my questions, and provided me repair options. He also checked and adjusted the sensors. The technician that came to my house was very polite and did the job on time and finished w/in 20-25 minutes. My only complaint was that I was charged $350 with no parts required to make the fix. I understand that driving to my house adds time onto his time, but still, $350. Way too expensive for his time. Jon Katy TX

Precision's product and Service Technicians were excellent. I give the Technicians a 5 star rating. The Houston office receives a 0 star rating. Telephone calls were not returned. Most emails were not answered. Once problems and errors occurred in ordering a replacement panel which caused a 13 month delay in getting the panel for my garage door, the Houston office struggled to provide accurate information or any information at all. At one point Precision promised to do the work for free due to all the delays and errors. It is a promise that was not kept much like the promise to return a simple phone call to get an update ETA delivery dates passed with no progress.

Same day service, technician (Vincent) arrived within the 2-hour window. He spotted the problem right away and while working to replace the broken spring found a frayed cable that he brought to my attention. Charges were explained and authorization obtained before proceeding with repairs. After he left I had a question about the door and texted him asking for a call back. He called me back immediately. I was very happy overall with the service and would use the company again.

He even stopped and called the manufacturers right there to try and get a specialty door to fit my repair time requirements. He also showed me why the door opener stopped functioning and gave me some garage door knowledge. I really appreciate the technician’s time and professionalism. The customer service was beyond fantastic and I would recommend this company and individual to anyone with garage door needs!

Our door broke in the middle of the power outage during the winter storm. We called and had someone out the next day. Not only did the technician fix our door and leave it in better condition than we have ever had it, he made sure I got into my van safely (parked in the icy driveway) and into the garage before he got into his vehicle to leave. He was a bright spot in a hard week.

Andrew was fabulous. He was patient with "ALL" my questions and gave me many good options and suggestions. He replaced the broken spring that snapped during the polar vortex. He also sprayed the door with Precision lubricant spray making my door sound like new again. He made this unexpected expense less stressful as I felt he was honest and definitely skilled.

We were having trouble installing a garage wall key pad, so we saw the mother was a Precision model. So we googled to fine the rep-Devon came out and with-in 10 minutes he had us up and running again! So a Big Thank-You for getting us out of a fix.
