The service from this company is excellent. Our garage door came off the tracks with both of our vehicles still in the garage. Within 30 minutes our technician, Ryan Joyce, arrived. He assessed the damage and within an hour had reassembled all of the "the existing parts" , made the necessary mechanical adjustments, tested the system, and we were back in business.

Can’t say enough good things about Precision Door Houston. I had Miguel Martinez show up today to perform the installation and he did a great job! He answered all of my questions before the install, quoted the price before the install, and walked me through the new functionality of my high-end opener. He must have answered at least 25 questions calmly, professionally, and politely in a way that I could fully understand. He installed quickly, and performed a routine maintenance on the existing door hardware. As an added bonus he helped install the wireless capability of MyQ on the app on my phone and showed me how to use that. He also set up the garage opener for my Lexus - something I have never been able to do for the past 5 years. Lastly he showed me how to use a can of garage door lubrication to spray the hardware in between annual maintenance if needed. I will definitely used this company again and would be quite pleased if they send Miguel Martinez out again.

My garage busted last night late and I knew I needed to get it fixed quick in order to get our cars out this morning. I made an appointment between 10 and 2 and Shayne reached out first thing this morning and mentioned he was going to prioritize us because of the stuck vehicles and arrived first thing this morning.
