We absolutely loved our experience with Shane at Precision! Booking online was so easy and Shane was so kind and professional and helpful. I had my baby with me and Shane was very courteous. Our old garage door was so loud it always woke my baby up, and now we can’t hear anything from inside his room! Shane knew exactly what would help the most and explained everything clearly. He even helped reset all our controls and app so I didnt have to add anything to my todo list after he left! Would definitely recommend and hire again!

The work was done very professionally by Miguel Martinez and went over and above what I expected. The tests he did showed that the opener had been damaged by the old spring so he replaced the opener. He also reseated the control in the garage and ran several tests to ensure that everything was working properly and to our satisfaction. We were very well pleased with the work he did and will call Precision again if we need service.

Precision Garage Door installed a new belt drive overhead garage door opener about 1 year ago. So far, only some minor tune-ups have been needed. Miguel Martinez just performed a warranty checkup and adjustment. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Shane in repairing our broken spring. He was prompt and very courteous, explained in detail and clearly what were his recommendations regarding the repair, and only replaced what needed replacing, while recommending improvements to the entire garage door system. He also seems very knowledgeable, explaining clearly how the various garage door mechanisms all work together, and how to properly maintain them. He lubricated all the mechanisms not only on the garage door that needed servicing, but our other garage door as well. Our two garage doors now operate much quieter and smoother than they ever have.

False Alarm. Garage door would not open and sounded like a dead battery. Repairman arrived and found nothing wrong and the door has always worked since. Just had our unit replaced after 21 years and couldn't be more pleased. An appointment was easily booked online. Shane Ince was our technician and he was great. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He explained everything, gave us options, replaced and installed only what we needed, and it was all complete and working within an hour. He even programed our HomeLink buttons in our cars. The last time we used this company was in 2020 and the service is still excellent.
