Precision installed our new garage door over 3 years ago. We have had a couple of minor problems. They booked an appt immediately to service our garage door. Marlin was our technician. A cable problem on our garage door happened on a Sunday as we were leaving to go out of town. We called Precision and were informed that someone would come right out. Gene, working for Precision, came and fixed the door. He did a great job and is very professional. He is a huge asset to the company.
