When my garage door would not open ( spring box was broken ), Precision responded the same day. Curtis did a terrific job of diagnosing the problem, checking the rest of the system, and thoroughly explaining my options re repair and replacement. Everything was updated and installed that same night, very detailed work order and warranty emailed subsequently, and peace of mind for me and whoever next owns this house. Highly recommend..

Julian was excellent and a very positive representative of your company. He was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable and polite. He was at the door in just a short while after I called the main office number. He kept us constantly informed as to his location and how long before he would be at our home.
