Precision provided professional and efficient service and had my garage door repaired and a new opener installed in short order. James Craft came to my home to help diagnose my garage door opener issue. After some troubleshooting we agreed that the circuit board was bad and I needed a new opener. I am mechanical and decided to purchase and install the opener myself. James was awesome. He gave me some install tips, inspected my garage door, and lubricated the door hinges and rollers. I would highly recommend James and Precision Door for service.

First, the appointment booking process was seamless via the online portal which I very much like! Second, is the responsiveness of the dispatch team, which was also impressive. The lady I spoke with gave me an excellent experience by being courteous and knowledgeable about their service line and procedures. Finally, the technicians who came to service my garage door were highly professional, punctual, and patient. Precision Garage Door of Houston was great! I called them one day because I was having problems with my garage door opener. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, Josue, arrived on time, and he explained all of my options. He even explained the problems I was having with my current garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener, and Josue was very efficient with the installation. Once done, he explained every aspect of my new opener, programmed the remote, and even helped me install the app for my phone. He also cleaned up everything before he left. James was the technician who serviced me today and couldn’t have been more gracious and professional if he’d tried. He patiently explained to me the options to repair /replace the motor on my garage door(it’s old) at a price that I find to be very reasonable- with all of the chatter about poor customer service today, I found nothing of the sort with this company- I will be using them later this year once I can budget the cost for the garage motor that I know I need
