Precision installed our new garage door over 3 years ago. We have had a couple of minor problems. They booked an appt immediately to service our garage door. Marlin was our technician. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed all our garage issues. Precision is a wonderful garage door company. I would refer them to anyone.

Fast Efficient and did a full check of my garage door. There were things that I noted that probably was going to require a change and they did a thorough check! I not only needed the spring repaired but the cables, rollers, and the bar.

Precision Garage Door of Houston was great! I called them one day because I was having problems with my garage door opener. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, Josue, arrived on time, and he explained all of my options. He even explained the problems I was having with my current garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener, and Josue was very efficient with the installation. Once done, he explained every aspect of my new opener, programmed the remote, and even helped me install the app for my phone. He also cleaned up everything before he left. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Houston to anyone needing this service.

James was the technician who serviced me today and couldn’t have been more gracious and professional if he’d tried. He patiently explained to me the options to repair /replace the motor on my garage door(it’s old) at a price that I find to be very reasonable- with all of the chatter about poor customer service today, I found nothing of the sort with this company- I will be using them later this year once I can budget the cost for the garage motor that I know I need

First, the appointment booking process was seamless via the online portal which I very much like! Second, is the responsiveness of the dispatch team, which was also impressive. The lady I spoke with gave me an excellent experience by being courteous and knowledgeable about their service line and procedures. Finally, the technicians who came to service my garage door were highly professional, punctual, and patient. And more importantly, they were able to correctly diagnose the issue and resolve it in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone for all the above-listed reasons.
