Mr. Contave did an awesome job taking care of our garage door issues today. He gave us a courtesy call 40 minutes out, and arrived on time, early on a Sunday morning no less. He quickly deduced the problem (a broken spring) and replaced the damaged/worn-out units and had the door + opener system working perfectly. He was very courteous and attentive to the warranted repairs, and all was good and fixed within an hour! Really appreciate the awesome service! Five-Star Service without a doubt!

We called Precision Garage Door and immediately was given a time quickly well within 24 hrs that was good for us and the technician arrived on time, calling before and walked us thru what was wrong. He, Josue Blanco was knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions. He was kind, and gave us the time needed to repair, a simple fix, he being patient and experienced. Dear Mr. Smith, Our garage door spring broke last week, unfortunately. Rog called a local company and they no showed and “accidentally” hung up on me when I called to inquire. We looked online and chose Precision due to your ratings, and we were not disappointed! Our technician, Kurt, was polite, kind, knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. We are drowning in Covid hospital bills, after almost losing our daughter and my husband both in August.
