Review:

Although I elected not to have the service done, I do like the $69 Service Call, that told me exactly what the problem was and how much to repair! I elected not to have the service done, because it was out of my budget range. Ryan was “super”!!! He was very professional, well knowledgeable, and courteous! If I do need a service call in the future, I would probably ask for Ryan.

Review:

I had used Precision Door to replace my garage door, opener, motor, springs, etc. in the past. When the door pad began beeping it let me know that I needed a replacement battery. I did not hesitate to call this very fair and efficient company on Sunday. No extra charge for coming out on the weekend plus the service fee was waived because I had the repair done. Ryan, the service technician, was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything to me. Five stars!
