Used you guys in 2010 when the first garage door spring broke. You guys came out and fixed it on the same day (a Sunday, I might add). Today, in 2023, the other spring finally broke. Naturally, I used you again, and once again, the problem was gone the same day I called. Would happily use you again. Tech was Andrew K. this time. Very knowledgeable and friendly and answered my questions and no hard upsell, but presented multiple options for me to consider.

Precision installed our new garage door over 3 years ago. We have had a couple of minor problems. They booked an appt immediately to service our garage door. Marlin was our technician. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed all our garage issues. Precision is a wonderful garage door company. I would refer them to anyone.

Met with Bryan Medina for service. Bryan was very courteous and professional. Easy to work with and seemed to be knowledgeable of the set-up of my garage doors. My doors were originally purchased from Precision during different management. The difficult issue for me is your pricing. I had asked Molly when I called to set an appointment if she could give me an idea of the cost for what she called a garage door tune-up. Molly mentioned the trip charge but depending on what the technician needs to do could vary in cost. Makes sense but I truly was surprised at how expensive your charges were for my particular situation. My doors actually are in good condition and not that old. I know pretty much EVERYTHING in today's world has escalated in price but having some type of price range would be helpful. As part of the senior population, budgeting and being prepared for monthly expenses can be critical. I appreciate your follow-up after service and the opportunity to share my experience with Precision management.

We purchased a new house and the garage door opener was loud and the remotes stopped working. Premier sent a technician out the same day (Bryan) and he did an excellent job diagnosing our problem and we elected to install a new opener. About a week later during a power outage we tried to manually raise the door and it would not budge plus we heard a loud noise when we tried to raise the door once the power returned. Again, Premier sent a technician out right away and the spring on the door had broken so he replaced it and the door worked great. I would highly recommend Premier based on our experience. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, Josue, arrived on time, and he explained all of my options. He even explained the problems I was having with my current garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener, and Josue was very efficient with the installation. Once done, he explained every aspect of my new opener, programmed the remote, and even helped me install the app for my phone. He also cleaned up everything before he left.
