We purchased a new house and the garage door opener was loud and the remotes stopped working. Premier sent a technician out the same day (Bryan) and he did an excellent job diagnosing our problem and we elected to install a new opener. About a week later during a power outage we tried to manually raise the door and it would not budge plus we heard a loud noise when we tried to raise the door once the power returned. Again, Premier sent a technician out right away and the spring on the door had broken so he replaced it and the door worked great. I would highly recommend Premier based on our experience.
