Mr. Contave did an awesome job taking care of our garage door issues today. He gave us a courtesy call 40 minutes out, and arrived on time, early on a Sunday morning no less. He quickly deduced the problem (a broken spring) and replaced the damaged/worn-out units and had the door + opener system working perfectly. He was very courteous and attentive to the warranted repairs, and all was good and fixed within an hour! Really appreciate the awesome service! Five-Star Service without a doubt!

Our garage door track was damaged when it was hit by a car. I researched online and liked the reviews for Precision Garage Doors. Andrew arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. He offered several options to correct our problem. He also recommended we replace the garage door spring as it was rusty and 32 years old. We had the vertical tracks replaced, the rollers and the spring. Our door now runs smoothly and quietly. We will call them in the future if the need arises.

There is not a choice for 6 or more. Nur is fantastic Doug, but you know that…. He is not only personable but also very knowledgeable and committed to his craft-customer service. Regrettably I had to cancel the transaction (within the 3 days) as I did not realize until the next day that I needed to get Homeowners prior approval- so we cancelled the appointment and Nur assisted me in getting my refund. I received a revised invoice showing credit (I guess it takes time to process although the sale posted right away). I might suggest 1 or 2 things Doug… 1. Ask prospective clients if they need HOA approval prior to installation. 2. Provide email contact info for Billing, Delivery, Sales. All I had was Nur’s email and he was as diligent there as he was selling the product. If all your reps are like him- you know you will continue to grow and prosper. Met with Bryan Medina for service. Bryan was very courteous and professional. Easy to work with and seemed to be knowledgeable of the set-up of my garage doors. My doors were originally purchased from Precision during different management. The difficult issue for me is your pricing. I had asked Molly when I called to set an appointment if she could give me an idea of the cost for what she called a garage door tune-up. Molly mentioned the trip charge but depending on what the technician needs to do could vary in cost. Makes sense but I truly was surprised at how expensive your charges were for my particular situation. My doors actually are in good condition and not that old. I know pretty much EVERYTHING in today's world has escalated in price but having some type of price range would be helpful. As part of the senior population, budgeting and being prepared for monthly expenses can be critical. I appreciate your follow-up after service and the opportunity to share my experience with Precision management.
