Nur W is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He is also very personable. Nur listened to my concerns and he then performed a garage door tune-up. I informed him that the door was functioning, but was very noisy. After performing the inspection, he recommended changing the door rollers and/or replacing the door opener. Mr. Contave did an awesome job taking care of our garage door issues today. He gave us a courtesy call 40 minutes out, and arrived on time, early on a Sunday morning no less. He quickly deduced the problem (a broken spring) and replaced the damaged/worn-out units and had the door + opener system working perfectly. Our garage door track was damaged when it was hit by a car. I researched online and liked the reviews for Precision Garage Doors. Andrew arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. He offered several options to correct our problem. He also recommended we replace the garage door spring as it was rusty and 32 years old.
