Great! David Pope is a dedicated and skilled Technician. He replaced overhead door spring broken, rollers, torsion cable, Drums, and center bearings that make the Garage Door moving good. first of all they came out on a Sunday and was here within 1 hour of my initial call the technician was professional and very friendly the technician evaluated the situation very quickly and had the problem solved within minutes I'm very satisfied

Very nice person, did a good job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Other problems came up but he worked on it and fixed all issues. He also taught me a lot about garage doors, openers, motors and springs. I also bought two Marantec garage door opener from him for my rental property and he answered all my questions about programing it. The fix for my garage door took longer than we thought but in the end he stayed and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

I do not remember the technician's name. He advised he would order a new belt on Monday April 20. He said the belt would come in 7-10 days and we should call when it arrives and then an appointment would be made to install. We are pleased with the service to this point.

James called me about two hours before my appointment to confirm that he was coming out & that we were still on for the appointment. He also let me know that his first appointment had run long, so that I wouldn't just be sitting here 7 waiting for his arrival. I appreciated so, so I was able to get my grocery shopping done. Then, when he was headed here, he called me again to tell me that he was stuck in a big traffic jam on I-45 South. I logged onto the Houston Transtar web site to pinpoint what the traffic problem was being caused by, and how long he could expect to be stuck in it. He got here not too long after that, and we went over the condition of our garage door, and what my repair options were. That also included how much it would cost for each item, and how long he estimated that the job(s) would take. We settled on new springs, a new rod, and new bearings. The job was completed when he said it would be, and it was done perfectly. Our garage door works excellently now, and it goes up and down seamlessly and very, very quietly. This has increased our peace of mind tremendously. James is an outstanding technician, and both my wife and myself not only trust his work, we want him to do all of the future work on our planned garage door upgrades. Thanks!
