Precision Door Services stands behind all of our work and will correct any deficiencies or failures caused by us without charge during the warranty period. This includes after hours emergency service if it is necessary. If, however, the problem was not caused by our work, we must charge you a $75 service charge, which will be applied to the cost of any work done. If non-warranty work is done after hours, there will be a $200 emergency service charge instead of the $75 charge. This charge will also be applied to the cost of any work done. Your technician will be Xxxx Xxxx. He anticipates being available for your work between xx:ss and yy:dd PM." Please confirm your phone number and address for me". After confirmation of phone number and address: " Xxxx will contact you to advise you when he is en route to your location. Thank you for your business."
