Jeremy was very professional, courteous and at the end of the day a job well done. The door operates very smoothly and quietly as well. However, when i setup the appointment on Friday morning, January 30th, 2015, I was told there would be a $75 dollar service call fee and to replace a broken spring would cost between $90 to $225 dollars. So after paying $615 dollars I'm still wondering if I got my moneys worth. The installation included two (2) new springs to replace the one that was broken (one spring was not enough based on the weight and/or size of the door), I agree, One (1) new support bracket to replace one with a bad seal, and ten (10) new plastic rollers. He also lubed the garage door opener travel rod and the hinges on the garage door. I'd say he was at my residence for about two hours tops, so based on that he collected an additional $150 dollars an hour in labor based on the original estimate of around $300 dollars? If that is true, that's a very expensive labor rate for any type of service call, even for same day service.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job in installing a new opener and spring system. The only negative is that they didn't arrive until 1 hour after the appointment window. When I called to check status, the office stated that they didn't think that Jeremy knew he had another appointment - Strange! I don't think this was Jeremy's issue at all, it was likely the office's issue.

He advised of other items that should be serviced but I asked that it wait for financial reasons. The springs was the most important thing at this time and he understood. Jeremy and the other Tech (?name?) Were both very professional, very hard working, very knowledgeable, courteous, and overall did a superb job - I would rate as a 9 out of 10. the only issues I have : 1. Had to have a call back as one of the garage doors did not work the following day -- "Dave" was the call back tech -- I was not here at the time - my wife was here - and she was not impressed with his "condescending" nature with her -- apparently one of the wires for the garage sensors came loose and the sensors had to be realigned 2. Programming our 3 cars for the openers was a real challenge for Jeremy and the other tech -- only one of our cars was able to be programmed -- and I was left with the instructions that "...I need to call LiftMaster 800-528-5880.... and tell them make/model/year of our two cars and they would send repeaters..."... OK -- I guess I need to do that -- but it seems to me that after spending almost $2,800 that your techs would followup on this and get the entire job completed.... Lloyd lkeverson@comcast.net

David was on time, very friendly and was able to quickly fix the problem. This is the third time Dave assisted with the garage doors over the years. Glad to see the same person servicing after so many years. It says a lot about the tech and the company. Some enhancements will be done in he near future. Will ask for Dave.

service was good & timely. However, when the tech got to my house he looked over the repairs needed to make my door/opener operational & then quoted me a price of $354. He then completed the repairs/part replacement only to tell me afterwards that the "boom" on my opener was bent and that the opener would not work without being replaced. I then asked if I was already out the $350, because if I had known this from the begining I woudl have paid the $75 trip charge and not done ANY repairs. Quite frustrated that I was not told this prior to incurring additional charges above and beyond the $75....now I am out $354 (minus the $75) that i would have never spent if I had known from the begining. And he left his ladder in my garage
