John Gallerano was our installer for our new garage door opener. Once we established a date to get this done, John did an excellent job at installing our new garage door opener. Also, he replaced brackets to make the garage door lift more easily and lubricated the door rollers & springs, all of which was above and beyond the normal job. The repairman was running a little late the day of my appointment, and called twice to keep me updated on timing. A new door opener was installed quickly. Frank was prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely capable. He was called to replace a lost remote. It was a Wayne Dalton door installed in 1997, and they went out of business several yrs. ago. Apparently no other manufacturer's remotes will sync with the WD opener codes, although Frank tried. I decided to go ahead and replace the opener itself. When asked Frank gave me two options, I made my choice, and he did an excellent job. The new opener and remotes work great. I highly recommend Frank and the Precision Garage Door Company.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable on his company products. Our garage door spring had broken, the door is over 15 years old and had not been serviced in while. The bearings and other components need to be replaced and Jacob provided 3 quote options. After reviewing, we chose to replace the door with an insulated model. In the short term he replaced the spring so we would be able to use the door until the new one is installed. Overall we were very impressed with Jacob.
