Fast and good job!

He was nice, polite, even called me to tell me the job he was on was going to take longer than anticipated, so he would be another hour or hour and half. He called 20 or 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. I couldn't afford a new system altogether, so replaced the "belt", and hope it lasts a long time. Thank you

Frank was prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely capable. He was called to replace a lost remote. It was a Wayne Dalton door installed in 1997, and they went out of business several yrs. ago. Apparently no other manufacturer's remotes will sync with the WD opener codes, although Frank tried. I decided to go ahead and replace the opener itself. When asked Frank gave me two options, I made my choice, and he did an excellent job. The new opener and remotes work great. I highly recommend Frank and the Precision Garage Door Company.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable on his company products. Our garage door spring had broken, the door is over 15 years old and had not been serviced in while. The bearings and other components need to be replaced and Jacob provided 3 quote options. After reviewing, we chose to replace the door with an insulated model. In the short term he replaced the spring so we would be able to use the door until the new one is installed. Overall we were very impressed with Jacob.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job. When they were done, they explained what I could do to assist with maintaining the parts they replaced. My old, tight garage presented a challenge in replacing the rollers, and by accident they put a small hole in the wall. They offered to pay for the repairs, but it's very minor and we can handle it. Good experience.

He called in advance to keep us updated on his arrival, showed up on time and did a very professional job on the installation. That, if you are on a fixed income, as we are, you will feel pressured to spend more than you can afford. After receiving 3 bids and telling him what I could and couldn't afford, he continued to badger and push for me to spend hundreds of dollars I could not afford to spend. I understood that he was expressing possible safety concerns but, when I say I cannot do it , that should be enough.
