Very disappointed. Your ad says you repair Genie. He said you did not. He charged us 79.95 and did not fix the door. We are visiting from out of town so we called our own trustworthy and reliable garage guy. He says the serviceman should have know. It was a gear box. This guy only wanted to sell us a new one. We are calling a second company and learning our lesson. We will make sure not to recommend this company.

Let me start by saying " Can I give them 10 stars because that is what the professional service is worth. I called for service, and within an hour I had 2 techs at my door John G. and Chris. John was spot on with everything I needed. He gave me options for my repair, and told me how everything works together. So decision made to replace the spring on my door. And while he was here I asked if he could look at my remotes and get them programmed, no problem without hesitation he said will look at them for you. Within an hour broke garage door fixed. They are a great team I would recommend Precision Overhead Door service to everybody I know. Thank you so Much for a job well done.

Dave Sinner came out in the evening as our garage door was off track with several things broken. He gave our garage door a complete overhaul. Dave was on time, assessed the problems quickly and work completed in an excellent manner. I believe Dave went above and beyond. These guys are always professional, efficient and stand by their work. They installed a complete new motor in our garage and a had to repair a cable a year later. They knew who we were never spoke about payment and sent a bill for $0.00 for our records. No hassle whatsoever they came in and remedied the situation in a hour. Left the place clean. The original service was very good. But that is where the good review ends. When trying to close the garage door the panels began to buckle. I stopped the door and then tried to open it and it started to buckle more. We called Precision to come back and he told me the panels were not under warranty. I was very surprised since it had only been 2 months since they were installed. He said it would be $648.00 to install the new panels. I was not very happy with that estimate. I told him if I had known the garage door was going to buckle again so soon I would have replaced the old garage door opener when they were here. I thought he would make an adjustment on the cost. Not happy about the deal. the
