Called at 3:45pm on Saturday. They were out within 3 hours and replaced the broken springs. James Craft did a great job! Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend these folks. They really got me out of a bind.

Last night while watching TV, I heard a loud pop. At first I thought it was on the show I was watching but nope, the overhead spring snapped. This morning I called Precision Garage Door mainly because their add said they could be here today. I had my doubts, but sure enough they said they could do the job that day between 10 and 12. The repair professionals. I say professionals because that is exactly what they were, professional and courteous. Got the door repaired in just over an hour and at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service. Got me in same day. Dave Sinner did a great job, called ahead, gave me the quote and recommended the best springs and rollers for my door. Very large metal door was making a lot of noise and had broken spring. I wanted the upgraded quality springs and rollers that Dave showed me. Installation went very quick and he perfectly tuned the door to the springs. His expertise showed with his efficiency and his knowledge was evident. Very happy with the installation.
