I looked up garage door repairs and Precision along with others came up. I looked up the reviews and they were exceptional. I called and I was given same day appointment. The technitions arrived explained the process and told me give them about 15 minutes to do an evaluation. Fifteen minutes later I had three options. I chose an option the work was done. My garage door now opens!!!. James C and Nigel were friendly., kind and very professional. I asked for cards so I can refer friends. Thank you again James and Nigel!

My technician Joshua Kesler arrived, accompanied with a young technician, who was training in the Precision method. They were wonderful. They were polite, professional and prompt. Joshua went the extra mile helping me to understand in simple plain English, the work they had done, suggested simple preventative measures on garage door care, and assured me that Precision is a company that stands by its promises in caring for its customers. He’s a keeper and the young man training with him will be an asset also.

The personnel who arrived at my home to give an estimate is very courteous. However, your installation charge is too high, compared with Sears, Amazon.com, etc. You must be competitive with others.

Our overhead garage door came off its track and my car was inside so I would be unable to open the door. My husband is confined to a wheel chair and I would be unable to drive him should a medical problem developed. Which had occurred the day before. We learned of your business as our son has an office in the same business complex . it was almost 5.pm on a Friday and your staff were still there. I was amazed you were able to schedule a repair appointment and have a technician for later that evening. The Technician arrived as scheduled at just after 10.pm . He was extremely courteous,professional and knowable. He was able to make a complete repair and checked the second door to ensure all was well.
