Very happy with the service. Got me in same day. Dave Sinner did a great job, called ahead, gave me the quote and recommended the best springs and rollers for my door. Very large metal door was making a lot of noise and had broken spring. I wanted the upgraded quality springs and rollers that Dave showed me. Installation went very quick and he perfectly tuned the door to the springs. His expertise showed with his efficiency and his knowledge was evident. Very happy with the installation. The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.
