The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.

The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. Jacob Austin came out in time. A very nice young person explaining all my options and prices. I went with a new Liftmaster with belt drive and WiFi. Jacob did very good work installing the opener and I love it. Good work!!! I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.
