He assessed our problem, provided a recommendation and explained the differences in the products we could select from to replace our old and worn out door opener. He answered all our questions without hesitation and made sure we were completely satisfied. He installed the new opener and ensured we understood all the functions without any problems. Had an estimate completed for a chain that that was off motor. Quote for REPAIR was $2000. Most of which we’re up charged at times 10 per replacement item. Example : nylon roller x 10 = $400 On web at $14.95 for exactly the same 10

I reeceived the best service I have ever received with Precision and particularly with Shane Ince. Shane went over everything with me in detail. He also showed me how to add the internet app on my phone so I can now open and close my garage door with my phone. I can also double check on my phone that I have in fact closed my garage door when I have left the house (I sometimes can't remember and end up turning around to check). I highly recommend Precision based on the outstanding service I received from Shane and also the advanced notification from Precision with a picture of Shane before his arrival. They were also very quick to come out and take a look.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Very professional! Was under a lot of stress with the recent power outage and an off track crooked garage door did not help my stress. Did a virtual chat at 11pm last night, got scheduled for an appointment today at 2pm. Marlon came, assessed the issue, did the work and got me back in the game. He explained everything he did then assured me the door was working by letting me open and close it while he watched on. For professional residential repair you have to use Precision! Worth every penny!!!

Precision provided great service with all the qualities that are difficult to find. They provided quick and accurate information about their arrival time. The opener had more bells and whistles than the previous opener which were clearly explained and they cleaned up any packing materials.
