Bryan replaced the broken torsion spring and associated parts, straightened the rails and replaced the rollers. Garage door now purrs like a kitten! He was very timely, professional and friendly, and did a great job. He walked me through the inspection, was very patient with my questions, and provided me repair options. He also checked and adjusted the sensors. I called at 4:00 in afternoon and they were prompt in scheduling, diagnosing and installation, Installer was courteous and efficient and I appreciated his programming my automobile opener and also outdoor opener for me.
