I called Precision Garage Door at 10pm Friday night. The technician arrived at my house at 10:30am the next morning. I can't ask for any better service response than that. My garage door was back on track and working fine about 30 minutes after Gene arrived. I can't be any more satisfied than that! And you won't be either. Give them a go. Very pleased with Bryan. Received a call that he was on his way. Came out, had what he needed and made the necessary repairs. Also advised me of some other things that could be done, but didn’t have to be done at the moment. No pressure at all, so I had him make those repairs as well. The service was good. The only main issue I have is your service truck left oil stains on my driveway where he parked. No one want oil stains on the driveways from any repair man’s service vehicle. They need to always be parking on the street. This needs to be addressed with your technicians.

Our door broke in the middle of the power outage during the winter storm. We called and had someone out the next day. Not only did the technician fix our door and leave it in better condition than we have ever had it, he made sure I got into my van safely (parked in the icy driveway) and into the garage before he got into his vehicle to leave. He was a bright spot in a hard week.

Andrew was fabulous. He was patient with "ALL" my questions and gave me many good options and suggestions. He replaced the broken spring that snapped during the polar vortex. After 20+ years, it was finally time to purchase a new garage door opener. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the technician who came out did great job, and a very quick replacement of the door opener...even helped get the the buttons in our cars reprogrammed to the new opener.
