It was a quick response and prompt service. The handyman was friendly and knowledgeable. He performed the job in a little time, although this was a fix for what had been done previously. Also there should be one total charge instead of two seperate charges, the trip charge and the labor.

It was Saturday evening when the spring on my door broke. I called precision who had replaced the springs 10 years earlier and found that they were STILL open on Sundays! Mr. Bell arrived at 5:30...within the 4 to 6 window i was given. David was the consumate professional! My Garage door quit going up, after checking it out, I saw a spring was busted. I looked up garage door repair and saw their ad. I was convinced this was the right way to go. I wanted a reputable company to fix it. When the repair man was finished, wow, I couldn't believe me ears. I had two new springs put in and new wheels on my door, those nylon ones with the bearings? Nice!! two thumbs way up. Now my garage door works great and I have to watch it to see if its actually moving. Its so quiet, I can't tell if its even working anymore. Great job!!
