The technician, Ryan, arrived at the time he told us. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the opener assembly. A 1/4 inch bolt had worked its way loose and had fallen out of the attachment assembly. He replaced the missing bolt and nut. He checked the rest of the components (rollers, springs, etc) to make sure all was in working order. He adjusted the up and down travel for a smoother operation. Great service from a great company. They have done all the work on our garage for at least the last 10 years.

Rick May kept me up to date on his arrival time, when he showed up, explained I didn't some things I thought I did, and was able to do the job right then which was great. He installed two overhead springs to replace the one 30y old spring that broke, put new rollers, and balanced everything. Extremely polite and informative on why the original spring broke. Would recommend the service to friends without hesitation. The only caveat and its not related to Rick's service, was paying for a trip charge, if I hadn't purchased the service and parts and only wanted a quote I can see it being justified. The other is the 2% convenience charge to use a credit card, who uses checks or cash these days?

My tech was amazing. Carefully review and understand your invoice. Can be a bit pricey shop around to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. It is a business. Spoke with management who granted a small adjustment on price. Overall service was excellent but I paid far to much for what I received.

We had a pleasant experience all around. Our garage door stopped working last night and we really needed it fixed before morning. I called and the girl who answered was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out to us within an hour. The tech called me 20min before his arrival and he was very timely. Once here, he quickly recognized the problem, explained to me what needs to be fixed and why, and was very patient with me and my questions. He worked hard in our HOT garage (no AC in there) and fixed our issue. I’m very happy with this company and would use them again
