A cable problem on our garage door happened on a Sunday as we were leaving to go out of town. We called Precision and were informed that someone would come right out. Gene, working for Precision, came and fixed the door. He did a great job and is very professional. He is a huge asset to the company. i did not check your website before service but just noticed that there was a $50.00 coupon that i could have used. is it too late to use this coupon? your serviceman Dave was exceptional, and I was eager to have the door operational but I checked the internet after the fact and could not find an opener for that price. I loved the service but i think that your price was very high.

It was Saturday evening when the spring on my door broke. I called precision who had replaced the springs 10 years earlier and found that they were STILL open on Sundays! Mr. Bell arrived at 5:30...within the 4 to 6 window i was given. David was the consumate professional! He replaced the springs and bearings quickly, while giving me important information on the proper care and maintenance of my door...WELL DONE!!

My Garage door quit going up, after checking it out, I saw a spring was busted. I looked up garage door repair and saw their ad. I was convinced this was the right way to go. I wanted a reputable company to fix it. When the repair man was finished, wow, I couldn't believe me ears. I had two new springs put in and new wheels on my door, those nylon ones with the bearings? Nice!! two thumbs way up. Now my garage door works great and I have to watch it to see if its actually moving. Its so quiet, I can't tell if its even working anymore. Great job!!
