We had Gene as our technician and he explained in great detail what needed to be done in easy to understand terms. We were told that we needed a new spring for our double garage door. Gene was able to determine that our existing spring was fine and did not need to be replaced. Brian was the service tech that came to replace a broken garage door spring, and recommended another fix that I did not find to be out of place. The spring has ben replaced once before, about 15 years ago, but nothing else had been done to the door hardware since I have lived in the house (31 years). In all, I am super pleased with the service, and Brian was a very pleasant person with a sense of humor - very nice person to have working in my home. Will definitely call again if any type of garage door service is needed in the future.
