Brian was the service tech that came to replace a broken garage door spring, and recommended another fix that I did not find to be out of place. The spring has ben replaced once before, about 15 years ago, but nothing else had been done to the door hardware since I have lived in the house (31 years). In all, I am super pleased with the service, and Brian was a very pleasant person with a sense of humor - very nice person to have working in my home. Will definitely call again if any type of garage door service is needed in the future.

I called Precision Garage Door at 10pm Friday night. The technician arrived at my house at 10:30am the next morning. I can't ask for any better service response than that.
