Had used them once before, and it was night time when they came out. The odd of coming across them again because it was my husband who had called that time. Called set up an appointment between 10am and 12 noon. Dave called and said he was on his way, made it there just before 10am. Knew the problem right away, once he got started took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. Tested everything to make sure it was in working order. He did an awesome job. He stated I would get a call as to when my new door would be available. In the meantime, he fixed the problem I was having when closing the garage door to where it wasn't making that weird noise, that sounded like the door was going to give way and damage our truck. Excellent Service. Our garage door broke on a Saturday at 1:30 pm and Precision scheduled us for same day. Scheduled us for a 4 to 6 pm slot but ended up being able to come earlier. They got the garage door working perfectly again. This was all done in less than 3 hours from when it happened. Thank you Precision Garage Door of Houston!

Same day service, technician (Vincent) arrived within the 2-hour window. He spotted the problem right away and while working to replace the broken spring found a frayed cable that he brought to my attention. Charges were explained and authorization obtained before proceeding with repairs. After he left I had a question about the door and texted him asking for a call back. He called me back immediately. I was very happy overall with the service and would use the company again.

Precision Door repaired my gate opener. The repair service took longer than expected. Technician was not able to complete in a timely manner for reasons unknown. Once completed the gate opener worked correctly. Additionally, when I scheduled the appointment, I was told that there was not a service charge. However, I was charged a service charge. Totally disatisfied with extra charge. Precision Door misinformed me and misrepresented me about charges. I called, spoke with a representative, but no response from the company. I wanted to know why I was told no service charge but yet I was charged an additional fee.

Called your company Friday 7/9/21 They sent someone that afternoon to look at the repairs. Repairmen did not have anything to fix the door with. He gave us an invoice and said he would be back with the parts Saturday between 8:00am to 10:00am. Repairman called Saturday morning said he could not make it Saturday but would definitely be there Sunday morning at the same time. Called again said he was tied up in Sugerland and could not make it again but would be there Monday morning at the same time. Monday the 12th, repairman was a complete no show. Tried to call him with no answer. He never showed or called. We called another company. Poor service and a very high invoice.
