Bryan Medina was the technician that came to my mother-in-law's house. He showed up promptly and was very professional. He quickly accessed the issue and gave a solution. He was able to mitigate the problem and give a quick and easy remedy. He was quick and efficient through the whole process. We were very pleased with his services.

I was truly upset at there closing, as the representatives there, were genuinely “great” individuals, (with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered) corrected the “mess”another company created during instillation. Serviced my Units for $300 and didn’t even help me set up MyQ. I find the price outrageous. Technician was friendly and personable but for 15 minutes of his time I’d expect that I can use the full range of features. And now im having to trudge up on a ladder to set up MyQ and it isn’t working because the unit is older.

Technician was through in inspection of all parts of the apparatus & the tightening of the bar of the opener. Works better now & the wall control had to be replaced. Not sure what was the cause of it non functioning but at least it is fixed now.
