Dear Mr. Smith, Our garage door spring broke last week, unfortunately. Rog called a local company and they no showed and “accidentally” hung up on me when I called to inquire. We looked online and chose Precision due to your ratings, and we were not disappointed! Our technician, Kurt, was polite, kind, knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. We are drowning in Covid hospital bills, after almost losing our daughter and my husband both in August. Serviced my Units for $300 and didn’t even help me set up MyQ. I find the price outrageous. Technician was friendly and personable but for 15 minutes of his time I’d expect that I can use the full range of features. And now im having to trudge up on a ladder to set up MyQ and it isn’t working because the unit is older.

Technician was through in inspection of all parts of the apparatus & the tightening of the bar of the opener. Works better now & the wall control had to be replaced. Not sure what was the cause of it non functioning but at least it is fixed now.
