He was knowledgeable, committed to great service, and left our garage cleaner than when he arrived! Received an appointment time window just a couple of hours after calling. Excellent response. Jeremy called soon after to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly and without recourse to expensive replacement parts. Excellent service. Would definitely reccomend and will use again.

Jeremy was prompt, explained his findings clearly and offered my choice of three options for the current repair. Once the repairs were completed, he showed me that they had been done and demonstrated how the door works after the repairs. Besides doing the safety check, he replaced the rollers and cable and lubricated the door hardware and track. I am totally pleased and will certainly use your company, and Jeremy, if possible.

Excellent service starting with the call, Jessica I believe was the name of the person that took the service order, very polite. Appointment was scheduled between 1-3pm on a Sunday, Jeremy arrived early and had the door fixed promptly. Cost was very reasonable.
