I’ve been using Precision for years. They respond quickly and perform quality work. My current garage door issue was problematic And hard to diagnose, but the Precision tech, Ryan, was persistent and able to resolve it to my satisfaction.

During a bad storm lightening struck my neighbor's home and arched knocking out my electric garage door opener. Contacted Precision Door because I saw that they were taking precaution for the Covid-19 virus and they were local. Dave Sinner was my repair person and he told me my garage door opener wasn't repairable. He gave me options, I selected one and he said it would be installed in an hour or so. And it was. Dave was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a good company and I'd recommend Precision in a minute. Thank you!!!

Installed 3 garage doors in about 5 hours (better than estimated). Looks like a quality job, everyone I dealt with was helpful through out the whole quote/purchase/install process. All good. Tyler West did the install.

Jose Valdes was a great technician and made a high quality repair for us. I will give him 5 stars for his expertise and his professionalism, but I think the prices that Precision Door charges for parts are outrageous.

David Bell was our technician. I cannot say enough nice things about this guy and his professionalism! He did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the scope of the work and the materials he used and why they were beneficial. He kept the work area clean and did a GREAT job of getting us back to working order again. I would highly recommend Precision doors and I will be referring them to my clients!!!

Called to replace garage door opener, gave me a price over the phone. The technician Tyler West and his helper came an hour early to do the installation , which was great. Did the work in a timely matter. My only problem was when they arrived gave me a price that was almost double than the price over the phone ! They called the office and got it down close to per phone call. Only received one remote,as many time I had to buy a garage door opener I always received two. Asked Tyler about another one,said it was going to coast me $55.00 !! Had to buy the extra one online !! Beside that they did a Great job!!!

Contacted Precision because of the good reviews I read beforehand and the price for the install was reasonable. They arrived on time and provided exceptional service. They answered all of my questions and provided helpful information to help me get the most out of my garage door and new opener. Would highly recommend.

James called ahead as promised and showed up on time. He replaced springs, cables, rollers, adjusted inside locking mechanism and lubricated all moving parts. He was very professional and explained exactly what/why repairs were needed. I would definitely recommend Precision and James to anyone needing garage door repairs.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our entire experience with the technician (Dave Sinner) Precision sent to repair our garage door. The door failed on Friday morning (one cable came off the pulley, door became grossly out of alignment, tilted, bent rails.) Myself and five neighbors tried to fix the door Friday night. Ha! I praise my neighbors for trying to help, but we succeeded in making it worse. I called one repair service and they scheduled a tech for Saturday. The tech they sent was nice, but he said it was a two man job for them and no other tech was available at that time so he said we could wait until Monday or call a different company. We didn't want to wait that long so the tech recommended we call Precision Garage Door. I called Precision and the representative checked and told us they could work us in today and their technician could be there between 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. I was skeptical at first because it was already 1:30 P.M. Dave called in less than 30 minutes and was at our house less than 30 minutes later. Dave looked at our mess, made suggestions and went over all of our options, in detail with pricing on his tablet. We choose one of the options to have the work done right then while he was on site. Dave was very personable, funny, and went right to work. He didn't need another technician to help him. What a professional. It was immediately obvious that Dave knew what he was doing. One of my neighbors came over to watch, and before we knew it Dave had the door leveled, lowered, and was replacing parts. We had elected to have all new rollers, pulleys, cables, and springs replaced. My wife, my neighbor, and myself were so amazed at how fast Dave did the work. He is a true professional. Our garage door is like brand new. It operates so smoothly and quiet now. If you need garage door work call Precision Garage Door. You won't be sorry.

My tech John was doing double duty because a fellow tech had to take off for a family emergency but he still manged to get to me and get my door opener working again. He knows his business hands down. I have a Precision brand opener that is five years old. It is very quite and operates fine except recently only because the safety sensors were under water for a couple days during the Harvey flooding.

My service guy was Tyler. They were able to come the day of as my garage door would not close. He was on time, very detailed with his explanation and was a hard worker. He was able to fix one garage and then installed a new garage door opener on the other garage. Great work was completed and I am really satisfied.
