Jeremy was prompt, explained his findings clearly and offered my choice of three options for the current repair. Once the repairs were completed, he showed me that they had been done and demonstrated how the door works after the repairs. Besides doing the safety check, he replaced the rollers and cable and lubricated the door hardware and track. I am totally pleased and will certainly use your company, and Jeremy, if possible.
