Precision garage door of Houston exceeded my expectations. My garage door repair was very simple and took seconds to remedy. Bryan Medina did not stop after the repair. He took it upon himself to replace a few parts that were worn, lubricate metal in several places and get my door functioning perfectly. He did all this with a great attitude and I was not charged. I appreciate people and companies that treat people fairly. They were more than fair and provided exemplary service. I highly recommend Precision garage Door of Houston.

First used Precision in early 2000’s for spring & roller repair. Excellent service. Called them again for spring repair in 2022 and again excellent service. Had Precision install new garage door opener with key pad and app and the service was seamless. Called to schedule an appointment today for a problem and they came out in less than an hour. Every technician that has worked on my garage door has been timely, respectful and courteous. I will soon replace my old door for a new one and I will absolutely use Precision for the job. I reeceived the best service I have ever received with Precision and particularly with Shane Ince. Shane went over everything with me in detail. He also showed me how to add the internet app on my phone so I can now open and close my garage door with my phone. I can also double check on my phone that I have in fact closed my garage door when I have left the house (I sometimes can't remember and end up turning around to check). I highly recommend Precision based on the outstanding service I received from Shane and also the advanced notification from Precision with a picture of Shane before his arrival. They were also very quick to come out and take a look.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Very professional! Was under a lot of stress with the recent power outage and an off track crooked garage door did not help my stress. Did a virtual chat at 11pm last night, got scheduled for an appointment today at 2pm. Marlon came, assessed the issue, did the work and got me back in the game. He explained everything he did then assured me the door was working by letting me open and close it while he watched on. For professional residential repair you have to use Precision! Worth every penny!!!
