You were recommended by our son, who had Precision work on his garage door. He was very satisfied and recommended you to us. Andy was the technician who came to work on our door. While I was not expecting to replace our motor, he was very helpful in explaining why it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and quick to complete the job. He explained all the new remotes and went over the features of our new motor.

Recommended by friend. They responded quickly their technical sales team were friendly, through, and patient through many interruptions, offered good options and were not pushy. They arrived late but informed me of the delay and asked if that would work or would I like to reschedule. The installation crew arrived on time went straight to work, did a great job very efficiently, were done quickly, cleaned up and ready to leave before I knew it. I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing a replacement garage door or opener repair.

Nur W is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He is also very personable. Nur listened to my concerns and he then performed a garage door tune-up. I informed him that the door was functioning, but was very noisy. After performing the inspection, he recommended changing the door rollers and/or replacing the door opener. I declined the services for now. I agree with your logo, "Precision is a neighborly company".

My garage door opener stopped working, and it’s amazing how much you miss something that is normally taken for granted! I called Precision Door because I liked the reviews I read. Marlon came out and he was very personable and professional and explained the problem with my opener and what could be done. I was confident with his knowledge and ability to do the job. He told me he would be done in about an hour and a half and that was exactly when he was done. I really appreciated Marlon. He is a major asset to this company!

Our garage door track was damaged when it was hit by a car. I researched online and liked the reviews for Precision Garage Doors. Andrew arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. He offered several options to correct our problem. He also recommended we replace the garage door spring as it was rusty and 32 years old. We had the vertical tracks replaced, the rollers and the spring. Our door now runs smoothly and quietly. We will call them in the future if the need arises.

The spring on my garage door broke. A neighbor told me about Precision. Josue was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Upon inspection he showed me the frayed cables. My door is now fixed and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all repairs
