Met with Bryan Medina for service. Bryan was very courteous and professional. Easy to work with and seemed to be knowledgeable of the set-up of my garage doors. My doors were originally purchased from Precision during different management. The difficult issue for me is your pricing. I had asked Molly when I called to set an appointment if she could give me an idea of the cost for what she called a garage door tune-up. Molly mentioned the trip charge but depending on what the technician needs to do could vary in cost. Makes sense but I truly was surprised at how expensive your charges were for my particular situation. My doors actually are in good condition and not that old. I know pretty much EVERYTHING in today's world has escalated in price but having some type of price range would be helpful. As part of the senior population, budgeting and being prepared for monthly expenses can be critical. I appreciate your follow-up after service and the opportunity to share my experience with Precision management.

We purchased a new house and the garage door opener was loud and the remotes stopped working. Premier sent a technician out the same day (Bryan) and he did an excellent job diagnosing our problem and we elected to install a new opener. About a week later during a power outage we tried to manually raise the door and it would not budge plus we heard a loud noise when we tried to raise the door once the power returned. Again, Premier sent a technician out right away and the spring on the door had broken so he replaced it and the door worked great. I would highly recommend Premier based on our experience.
