Brian was the service tech that came to replace a broken garage door spring, and recommended another fix that I did not find to be out of place. The spring has ben replaced once before, about 15 years ago, but nothing else had been done to the door hardware since I have lived in the house (31 years). In all, I am super pleased with the service, and Brian was a very pleasant person with a sense of humor - very nice person to have working in my home. Will definitely call again if any type of garage door service is needed in the future.

Very pleased with Bryan. Received a call that he was on his way. Came out, had what he needed and made the necessary repairs. Also advised me of some other things that could be done, but didn’t have to be done at the moment. No pressure at all, so I had him make those repairs as well. Hopefully I won’t need repairs on doors in the future, but if I do, I’ll be a repeat customer.

The service was good. The only main issue I have is your service truck left oil stains on my driveway where he parked. No one want oil stains on the driveways from any repair man’s service vehicle. They need to always be parking on the street. This needs to be addressed with your technicians.

My 6 year old Genie shouldn't have been a problem, but it started tripping my garage circuit breaker randomly. I called Precision about replacements. They sent Bryan out with his mask to show me the units. He was great to work with, and we had a new unit selected and installed very quickly. That was very enjoyable. I called Precision Garage Doors to fox the spring on my garage door. I ended up paying a $50.94 service fee for them to tell me that it would cost me $612.00 just for the spring. Not! I could purchase a new garage door for that price. Totally ridiculous!!!! Won’t be calling them again!
