Our service window was between 2pm and 6pm and I received a call, text and an email around 3:30 pm to let me know not only that our technician was on the way but also who that technician would be. Nur Watts showed up as scheduled, went over all of our options, gave us a quote on the work he would be doing and completed the work in a few hours. Customer service was great from start to finish and we will be recommending this company to our friends. Thank you!

I was referred by my brother who had recently used you. It was easy to set up a time online. I needed a door repair, but was fully expecting to be told I needed to replace it. The technician, J. Mr. Contave did an awesome job taking care of our garage door issues today. He gave us a courtesy call 40 minutes out, and arrived on time, early on a Sunday morning no less. He quickly deduced the problem (a broken spring) and replaced the damaged/worn-out units and had the door + opener system working perfectly. He was very courteous and attentive to the warranted repairs, and all was good and fixed within an hour! Really appreciate the awesome service! Five-Star Service without a doubt!

Our garage door track was damaged when it was hit by a car. I researched online and liked the reviews for Precision Garage Doors. Andrew arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. He offered several options to correct our problem. He also recommended we replace the garage door spring as it was rusty and 32 years old. We had the vertical tracks replaced, the rollers and the spring. Our door now runs smoothly and quietly. We will call them in the future if the need arises.

We have owned these fine dependable garage doors for several years and completely satisfied with them. Service today by Josue Blanco was a minor adjustment required by my mistreatment of a door. He has also installed two door openers recently and is very knowledgeable, fast, competent and complete. Great service. And, the lady answering the phone was extremely efficient and polite. Great company!

The spring on my garage door broke. A neighbor told me about Precision. Josue was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Upon inspection he showed me the frayed cables. My door is now fixed and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all repairs

There is not a choice for 6 or more. Nur is fantastic Doug, but you know that…. He is not only personable but also very knowledgeable and committed to his craft-customer service. Regrettably I had to cancel the transaction (within the 3 days) as I did not realize until the next day that I needed to get Homeowners prior approval- so we cancelled the appointment and Nur assisted me in getting my refund. I received a revised invoice showing credit (I guess it takes time to process although the sale posted right away). I might suggest 1 or 2 things Doug… 1. Ask prospective clients if they need HOA approval prior to installation. 2. Provide email contact info for Billing, Delivery, Sales. All I had was Nur’s email and he was as diligent there as he was selling the product. If all your reps are like him- you know you will continue to grow and prosper. Used you guys in 2010 when the first garage door spring broke. You guys came out and fixed it on the same day (a Sunday, I might add). Today, in 2023, the other spring finally broke. Naturally, I used you again, and once again, the problem was gone the same day I called. Would happily use you again. Tech was Andrew K. this time. Very knowledgeable and friendly and answered my questions and no hard upsell, but presented multiple options for me to consider.

My garage door opener stopped working, and it’s amazing how much you miss something that is normally taken for granted! I called Precision Door because I liked the reviews I read. Marlon came out and he was very personable and professional and explained the problem with my opener and what could be done. I was confident with his knowledge and ability to do the job. He told me he would be done in about an hour and a half and that was exactly when he was done. I really appreciated Marlon. He is a major asset to this company!
