I called to schedule a repair. The office staff was kind and proficient. Within a couple of hours a technician was on his way. He did a great job and had me back up and running in a short time. The tech was friendly but professional and very knowledgeable. He even reprogrammed my smartphone since I had gone from an android to iPhone. We purchased a new house and the garage door opener was loud and the remotes stopped working. Premier sent a technician out the same day (Bryan) and he did an excellent job diagnosing our problem and we elected to install a new opener. About a week later during a power outage we tried to manually raise the door and it would not budge plus we heard a loud noise when we tried to raise the door once the power returned. Again, Premier sent a technician out right away and the spring on the door had broken so he replaced it and the door worked great. I would highly recommend Premier based on our experience. Precision Garage Door of Houston was great! I called them one day because I was having problems with my garage door opener. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, Josue, arrived on time, and he explained all of my options. He even explained the problems I was having with my current garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener, and Josue was very efficient with the installation. Once done, he explained every aspect of my new opener, programmed the remote, and even helped me install the app for my phone. He also cleaned up everything before he left. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Houston to anyone needing this service.

I enjoyed doing business with James. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve dealt with other door companies in the past that were lacking. He wasn’t pushy for a sale, instead he gave my information about all the choices and answered all my questions allowing me to make up my own mind. He gave me some useful information to help with sealing cracks around the door to help stop a rat problem I am having. I’m looking forward to having the new door installed.
