Fantastic service! I could not open the garage doors and my cars were trapped inside the garage. In less than 5 hours from my phone call, it had been repaired with new springs and ran smoother than before. The installer, Nur Watts, is a great representative of the company. Professional, fast, friendly and efficient, as was the person who handled the phone call. It is certainly refreshing in this day and age to do business with such a first class experience from start to finish!

Nur W is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He is also very personable. Nur listened to my concerns and he then performed a garage door tune-up. I informed him that the door was functioning, but was very noisy. After performing the inspection, he recommended changing the door rollers and/or replacing the door opener. I declined the services for now. I agree with your logo, "Precision is a neighborly company".

My garage door opener stopped working, and it’s amazing how much you miss something that is normally taken for granted! I called Precision Door because I liked the reviews I read. Marlon came out and he was very personable and professional and explained the problem with my opener and what could be done. I was confident with his knowledge and ability to do the job. He told me he would be done in about an hour and a half and that was exactly when he was done. I really appreciated Marlon. He is a major asset to this company!

Our service window was between 2pm and 6pm and I received a call, text and an email around 3:30 pm to let me know not only that our technician was on the way but also who that technician would be. Technician was very professional and courteous. The problem with the garage operating system was identified and resolved very quickly. Very pleasant experience. I have used precision in the past decades and have always been highly satisfied with service whether products were purchased and installed or repair or inspection.
