Precision garage door of Houston exceeded my expectations. My garage door repair was very simple and took seconds to remedy. Bryan Medina did not stop after the repair. He took it upon himself to replace a few parts that were worn, lubricate metal in several places and get my door functioning perfectly. He did all this with a great attitude and I was not charged. First used Precision in early 2000’s for spring & roller repair. Excellent service. Called them again for spring repair in 2022 and again excellent service. Had Precision install new garage door opener with key pad and app and the service was seamless. Called to schedule an appointment today for a problem and they came out in less than an hour. Every technician that has worked on my garage door has been timely, respectful and courteous. I will soon replace my old door for a new one and I will absolutely use Precision for the job. Thank you for such excellent service every time these past 20 years.

The Technician (Bryan Medina) came out very quickly. I had several problems with my garage door & opener. Bryan installed a new Belt drive system and replaced the Springs and other hardware. He made sure he balanced the door perfectly. Installed new outside keypad and inside controller. He setup the MyQ app and connected it to WiFi. A very good job! The website was very informative and well designed too. I got lots of good information on the different options I had.

Bryan replaced the broken torsion spring and associated parts, straightened the rails and replaced the rollers. Garage door now purrs like a kitten! He was very timely, professional and friendly, and did a great job. He walked me through the inspection, was very patient with my questions, and provided me repair options. He also checked and adjusted the sensors. I have needed help with my garage door twice in the past year. It was ten years old and got opened and closed often. The first time it wouldn’t open. The serviceman from Precision got here within two hours as promised. He put in a new spring very efficiently and quickly. The second time was today. The outdoor key pad quit working. Not the battery. Bryan was here in lass than an hour. He found the problems. Again, an old over used system. He replaced and fixed it all in no time. I am very happy with the Precision team. They are friendly, efficient, dependable and polite. I highly recommend them.
