The spring broke on our door. He explained that everything was pre 1993 and mostly obsolete and not really safe. I'm sorry, In don't remember the technician's name. But he was very quick about fixing the problem--it turned out tone (embarrassing for me) that the outlet had to be reset. (there had been a power outage a few weeks before, and it hadn't occurred to me that the thing had to be reset. He also didn't laugh at my ignorance So, thank you!

I have placed an order for a new garage door from you. My sales rep was Eric. He was great and answered all of my question. I originally had a couple conversations with Patty in your office who was very knowledgeable about garage doors. Overall my experience so far has been great. I am waiting for the special order door to arrive for installation so I would like to comment on the install services once the are rendered. My home is in Saint Clair Shores but that was not on the drop down menu.

Lou and Phil did an excellent job. They came to replace the rubber door bottom but also inspected the whole system. Other things needed adjustment and parts replaced all of which made good sense to me. Explanations were very clear. Job site left very clean. Should more service be needed in the future, I will request they be sent.

In one word.....Excellent! We had used Precision Door for a previous issue with our garage door opener and when the opener totally died this time, and we needed a new one, we again contacted Precision Door. James, the tech, arrived on time and went over all the options regarding repair vs. replacement . I had already researched the types of openers and made the selection. James installed the new unit, went over all the features, programmed the remotes etc., cleaned up the garage better than it was when he arrived, and removed the old unit. My husband was very impressed with the new unit. Lots of nice features that you didn't even realize you "needed" in a garage door opener! Smart phone app, motion sensor when you open the storm door into the house, temperature display on the wall unit. It even comes with the repeater unit for the HomeLink that he has in his vehicle. I could go on but that's enough for now. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door, and particularly with the tech, James. Thanks for making our day!
