The technician arrived promptly and started to work. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the door so it would open and close again. My only concern is something I did not notice while he was here. Where the opener meets the door hardware, instead of replacing the strut he drilled two additional holes in it. It may be fine, but it just doesnt look very good.

Make sure to tell them if you have a screw type opener that had to be custom fitted into ceiling. Because I didn't it was a wasted trip. I paid to have someone lubricated parts and tighten bolts. I felt like it was a wasted trip but it was my fault by assuming that they could fix anything related to garage door openers. They can't obviously. Tech was personable and I do not hold him responsible.
